All orders are processed the same day (but may exclude weekends and holidays depending on the vendor), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped or sent out for delivery.
The delivery service is provided by third parties external to Gib.shopping and enquiries on shipping/ delivery must be directed to the vendor (if they are delivering this themselves) and/or your chosen delivery carrier. Liability of goods being lost or damaged in transit falls with the contracted delivery service provider and not Gib.shopping.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout once having chosen your preferred delivery method.
Deliveries are made as per vendor's availability. This may be same day or next day delivery depending on time and day of purchase, considering the vendor may be closed during weekends and holidays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout, to notify you. Any enquiries should be made initially to the vendor. If the vendor has dispatched the item, enquiries should be made to the delivery service provided chosen.
You can save on shipping or delivery fees with free local pickup from the vendors address. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within the same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are as per vendor. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Royal Mail and courier services offer international shipping and each may or may not support delivery to your country of choice. We advise ensuring your chosen carrier can deliver before purchase. Alternatively they will contact you and alternative arrangements will be offered by the vendor. Please contact the vendor you bought the item from, for more information.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This may vary depending on size and weight.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gib.shopping, the vendor or the courier is not responsible or can be made liable for these charges. It is entirely up to you the customer to acquaint yourself with any quantity limits or import duties you may need to pay.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact your chosen courier service provider with your name and order number.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Vendors hosted on Gib.shopping accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. The vendor will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping and any other costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email the courier of choice and copy the vendor as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. Cases are addressed on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
